Can a Business Owner Qualify With an ITIN But No SSN?
Yes
An ITIN, or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, is a tax processing number only available for certain nonresident and resident aliens, their spouses, and dependents who cannot get a Social Security Number.
We don't bother with SSNs for our process since we are dealing with amending tax forms.
As long as the employer filed their taxes then whether they have an ITIN or a SSN is irrelevant.
